Exeter will be the location of their second Halloween horror event. After last years success, HallowScream UK takes place on Thursday 29th, Friday 30th and Saturday 31st October 2009, between 7pm and midnight at Devon’s Crealy, just outside Exeter.

The three-night event is the second time it has happened at Devon’s Crealy, and is the only Halloween horror evening event in the South West of England.

Live bands include XCerts, Super Tennis, The Ruby Tuesdays, Sunshine Getaway and We The Machines* with DJs Ben and Lex and DJ Royalty.

HallowScream is the ultimate fright night event, with horror characters, terrifying scare zones and petrifying walkthroughs. The event combines theatre with theme park attractions, lighting and theming to provide fright nights to immerse you in the real horror of Halloween. There are 4 scare zones including The Slaughterhouse, Twilight Zone, The Twisted Funhouse and The Haunting.

HallowScream also includes critically-acclaimed DJs Ben and Lex from Beatz and Bobz, following their recent tour of UK festivals and international appearances at the Miami Winter Music Conference, Dangerous Drums in Berlin, Mission Dance Winter Sessions in Mannheim and the Break Nation festival in Seville.

HallowScream is a totally unique Halloween party extravaganza, with horror experiences people will remember for life, brilliant DJs to dance the night away and frighteningly good food and Halloween Cocktails. Jenni Taffs, Marketing and Press Relations for HallowScream said, “HallowScream is totally unique. We are all very excited preparing for this event, after the success last year we have tried to improve for a bigger and better experience. We have more scare zones and have opened it up to a wider age range aswell as having some bands from big events in the South West. We are working very closely with themers, scare-actors and of course, the team at Devon’s Crealy.

“Devon’s Crealy is the perfect venue for HallowScream as entertaining large numbers of people is what it does best, day in, day out. The attraction is a popular venue for events such as adult birthday parties, festive parties and wedding receptions. The event this year is open to guests aged 13 and above although some areas will be limited to over 18s including the bar and music areas.”

HallowScream is suitable for people over 13 years of age when accompanied by an adult. Some areas, including the DJs and Bands are not accessible to under 18s, who also must leave the event at 10pm. Tickets can be purchased in advance from £12.95 per person before 20th October. Tickets can also be purchased on the gate for £19.95 per person.
